HOW TO APPLY:
You must complete a ‘Low Cost Home Ownership’ application form. These are available from SLDC and Oakmere Homes Sales Office located at our Lund Farm development, Ulverston.
Application forms should be returned to the Council.
Should there be more eligible applicants than properties available priority will be given to those who have previously registered an interest via our website and who are in a position to proceed.

Home Reach allows you to buy an initial share in a new home, ranging from 25% to 75%, depending on what you can afford. heylo housing will own the property and rent is payable to heylo on the remaining percentage share.
