We fell in love with the site as soon as we drove past it, right from our initial interaction with Oakmere Homes on day one back in January we got the sense that we were not dealing with just “any” building company. It soon became apparent that Oakmere Homes are a step ahead of the National companies.

However, my real sense of gratitude goes to both Janet and Lee, in our eyes they are the “face” of Oakmere and both represent your company in an exemplary fashion. Right from the start Janet showed a level of enthusiasm and friendliness that we had not experienced at all of the other new build homes around the area, and we had visited a lot. None of the other sales people at those sites made us feel so welcome; nothing was too much trouble for her. I can honestly say that without the attention and care we got from Janet we would most likely have moved on and visited another site. She got the balance just right between not being too pushy in trying to sell us the house, but also ensuring that she did all she could to secure the sale.

We have had some alteration work done in the home and Lee has been really helpful, he is very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure that everything in the home is to Oakmere standards. Recently when discussing some alteration work, I intimated that I didn’t want to trouble him; his reply was “10 minutes extra work for him means that for the next 20 years I can look at that part of the house and see that it is done properly”.

Both Lee and Janet are real assets to Oakmere Homes, and in this case your staff really are your greatest asset!
