We first met Janet in October 2015 when we called in just to nosy at the show home with no real intention to buy.  After speaking to Janet, our interest was raised, as she was so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.  We went home and looked on the Lancaster City Council planning website and called in the day after expressing an interest in the Kirkstone we now live in.  Although no details were available, Janet made a note and remembered 5 months later to call us and let us know that Phase 3 was due to be released.  It is due to Janet that we now live in our new home with the garden we always wanted.

Having bought 3 new houses, our experience with Janet has been the best by far.  Throughout the process she has always been friendly, efficient, helpful and answered all our questions promptly.  Whilst she always acts with Oakmere’s best interests in mind, she always made us feel important and helped keep the process as stress free as possible.  Buying a new home is most people’s biggest purchase, so to be well cared for throughout is crucial.  Janet made the difference between the average experiences we had with our last 2 houses and the great sales experience we had with Oakmere
