Your First Two Years with Oakmere
From the day you move in, our in-house Customer Service Team is on hand to support you during the initial settling-in period. Should any minor build-related issues arise, we’ll deal with them promptly and professionally — so you can enjoy your new home with confidence.
Ongoing Protection from Year Three to Ten
Beyond your first two years, your home continues to benefit from an independent, insurance-backed structural warranty. This provides protection against structural defects for 10 years from build completion, offering long-term reassurance that your investment remains protected.
